As part of its sustainable development policy, Responsible Investment Africa aims to help investors become active shareholders by integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues into their policies and practices.
We monitor shareholder proposals relating to ESG issues in order to contribute to the availability of the information needed for investors to exercise their voting rights.
